What makes a store a good fit for this?

The strongest fit is usually a store where shoppers need to think before they buy. That could mean they need to compare products, confirm fit or compatibility, choose between variants, understand technical details, trust the product quality, or feel confident they are making the right purchase. If you already have traffic and shoppers are hesitating before checkout, there may be a meaningful CRO opportunity.

How much order volume do we need?

For a full experimentation program, we typically look for at least 100 online orders per month. Higher order volume gives us more room to test and validate changes. Lower order volume may be better suited for a lighter CRO review, UX audit, customer research, or implementation-focused improvements before moving into formal A/B testing.

What happens on the CRO strategy call?

We’ll review your store, your answers, and the areas where shoppers may be hesitating. We may discuss product discovery, product-page clarity, comparison, trust signals, fit or compatibility questions, checkout friction, analytics quality, and whether CRO makes sense for your store.

Do you only run A/B tests?

No. A/B testing is one part of CRO, but not every problem should be approached with a test right away. Depending on your objectives, we may use heuristic analysis, analytics review, customer behavior tools, user research, surveys, UX review, copy analysis, or implementation-first recommendations. Our goal is not to “run tests” but to do what it takes to learn what drives shoppers to buy with confidence.
